We're a women-founded, self-funded company. No investors. No outside pressure. Every choice – R&D, packaging, banking, communication, even our no-ads stance – answers only to our values.
Our business model is built on conscious reduction. We say no to growth at all costs. We say no to consumerism. We produce in small 1000-piece batches and only begin the next one when the first is nearly sold out.
We spent a decade building software. We learned how systems work, and how often their unintended consequences are ignored. So we asked: what if we left no stone unturned and built something that actually gives back?
We looked at everything: ingredient sources, packaging, online presence, even where our money sits in a bank. If it funds oppression, land theft, military complex, or surveillance tech – we refuse to sign up. Simple principle: do no harm. That includes where our investment money goes.
Less is more. As formulators, we love functional minimalism in skincare. Most people don't need a 10-product routine. They need a few products that work. We formulate with proven ingredients at science-backed levels.
